The need for a workout partner...

It would be nice to find someone close in age, size, strength, determination for a workout partner. Being 48 yrs old doesn't bother me because I love lifting. But I always do better in the gym with someone talking trash or smack talk to get me past the plateau. Someone with goals for kicking *kitten* in something like crossfit, strongman, highland games, power lifting. You know the perfect partner for me, my twin, lol.

My workout partner barks orders at me all the time. Well actually he just barks because he wants to go out for a walk. If you can't find a partner who walks upright, one on four legs can get you motivated also at least to do some road work.0
