Goal for the Week

Good morning MFPals!
I woke up feeling motivated and excited to put another healthy week under my belt. I found that setting 1 goal per week has been helpful for me to stay on track and not lose motivation. Last week, my goal was to go to the grocery store and prepare all of my meals for the coming week. It felt great to check it off and start the week with planned meals and packed snacks for work. My goal for this week is to go to the gym at least two times. What's your goal for the week?
