Making a change: my fitness journey - any fitness pals out there?

Hi! I discovered this app yesterday when I decided that I finally wanted to make a change.

4 years ago I went to India for four months and lost 1.5 stones (inadvertently I might add) just from a change in diet and walking most places. I honestly didn't realise I had lost weight until I went back home and my parents saw me.

When I came back, I maintained the weight (although I did put on a few lbs just from the change in diet and not walking as much). But now four years later, although I haven't put on much physical weight, I can see that my face and my stomach have become fuller. I have tried to lose weight/tone up but I lack the motivation when it comes to exercising. That is when I discovered MyFitnessPal!

I have a wedding to attend in April (easter weekend) where I will be wearing a sari so my goal is to get myself a flat stomach by then.

I'd love some fitness pals for motivation (which I often need) and just to talk to about fitness tips.
