How do you go to a users profile? If I tap their name, it just changes color and nothing happens

Are you accessing through a phone or on a PC? What operating system are you using?

iPhone 5s, and sometimes from my iPad.

There is a known issue on the mobile apps (Android and iOS) that have the in-app Community deployed that they are working to fix. Use the Web version on a computer (not a tablet) in the meantime to go to a person's profile and click "Add as Friend."

I had the same problem! The best thing u do is copy the name of the person u want to add then go to ur friends ( from the "more" options) n type or paste the name manually n send the request !! Yeah I know is long process but that's how I did it!! hope that helped !!
