I'm an endurance junkie (I do lots of cardio) but I know I can do better with what I eat and teaching my kids about healthy eating as well, which is why I joined MFP. I've never tracked my meals before so I'm hoping this will keep me accountable to maintain a nutritious diet. My 2nd goal is to increase my strength with strength training at home. For me this is about getting healthy and strong and to be a good role model for my family. It would be great to do this with others so please friend me if you'd like company on your journey as well
