Changing not only body, but mind and soul

I'm in need of some friends who are embarking on a journey to change their bodies, but also work on changing other aspects of their lives too.
I'm focusing on learning how to run right now, so 3 days a week I'm doing the C25K trainer. This is hopefully going to teach me to start something and stick with it until the end. So far, so good (I'm on Week 3). I'm also looking to better myself elsewhere. Focus more at work, let the little stuff slide (aka dirty dishes in the sink) and train my mind to be calmer and happier.
