I've been successfully using MFP since October but decided to introduce myself to the community. Had a few physical problems the past few years which have hampered my efforts...
Torn achilles/heel spur surgery, torn meniscus and shoulder impingement. Finally paying for years of contact sports and construction jobs. Turning sixty on Saturday but I certainly don't feel or look my age.
