TDEE - just learning what this is - using that in conjunction with MFP

A few questions for those in the know ...
Can I manually adjust my calorie intake (and all the parsed out numbers for carbs, protein, etc.) so that I don't feel like I'm screwing up every single day because I'm over my limit? My MFP calories (before exercise) are 1200; my TDEE calories are 1900ish (how are exercise calories factored if you use the TDEE since your weekly exertion was already considered in the designation of your TDEE?).
Also, can I get some reassurance that increasing my calories this much is a *good* idea? While not being constantly hungry and having more calories sounds like a good thing, I do have goals and would like to reach them, lol!
Thanks.
