Pop Tarts. I hate Pop Tarts. The store I grocery I shop at actually tells you where the Pop Tart aisle is. You know what, thanks I know I don't need to go down that aisle. Oh, what was the question again? Oh yeah, over used words.
Food porn. I hate that too. I went on a food porn thread once, lost my appetite. I guess I should thank them for that. But, I haven't found it again and it gets hard to get my calories in now.
Starvation Mode. I don't think it exists except in extreme cases. But, even then if you are always under the calories you need to maintain your weight you are going to lose weight. That being said, don't severely restrict your calories because there are other bad consequences.
Lift heavy. While I think it's a good thing. It's not appropriate for everyone. So it should come with a disclaimer, lift heavy health permitting.
Eat back your calories. Seriously, people need to back off on that, unless someone is at like 1200 calories, I dunno how people eat so few and get through the day. But, there are so many variables. Like if a person is morbidly obese. I don't think eating back calories is a good idea, maybe some like 25%, but really you don't need to eat more than 2500 calories in a day if you are morbidly obese, you just don't. Then there are people who are doing TDEE - 20 or even 30% (people who are morbidly obese) and that's fine, you don't eat back your calories when you do that. And then there is the cushion factor, some people exercise to cover things like MFP over estimating calorie burns, their food measurements being off, forgetting to log some food items, the number of calories stated in food being off, or whatever. So, I think if someone has a 200-400 calorie cushion that is fine as long as they are netting more than 1500 in a day who cares, that is enough to get your nutrients in.0 -

Your choice to fill in the blank, most commonly 'life' or 'fitness'.
Why don't they just use 'preacher' instead?
