    LOL our crazy workouts. I raise you to Bench press, Overhead press, jump rope High intensity Circuit train it. I got around to third bench set since I was still increasing weight and it went for only 3 reps and I was expect close to 10 reps. I could not rep out a OHP more than once and I was expecting 4 reps. Also on the third round.

    Thanks to my shoulders, it's hard to decently OHP. Jump rope? That can suck it. I'm not some 12 year old school girl.

    I subscribed to your youtube channel and you're no boy 16 or otherwise.

    Last time I tried to jump rope, the rope was whisked away from my hands. I'm like WTF? Until I looked up and noticed the ceiling fan. I thought my work was done. Never since.

    HA. I'm trapped inside a womans' body- if you watch enough video's you'll hear my childishness come out LMAO.

    I don't think I posted it- but there's a video of my tossing my weight belt- I almost broke a mirror- it was CLOSE.. LOL- I'm a child- sometimes it's not something I'm proud of ;) but thank you.

    LOL_ Yeah I can' jump inside iether- it makes me WAY to nervous- but turns out there is room on my porch!!! WOOT- I'm just lazy- and it's fu*king cold- and that means I trade off by doing burpees inside.

    Yeah hey I've been known to break a few things in my lifetime, but I have a 4-year old so I've been much better - I guess I have to be like a roll model or something. Happens.

    If I jumped on my porch I'd be over it, all two stories down. That's a really good idea though, I could get a rope and one for my daughter and we could jump together. She just started tumbling and when I get home we recreate her workouts in the living room. She's the instructor and STRICT!
