I just started this fitness journey, my goal is to lose 40 lbs. Today makes 20 days since my last soda. I had a terrible addiction to soda's so it's a big deal for me to make it this far! Sometimes I get the urge to have one but I have talk myself out of it.
It would be helpful if I had the support I need from the fitness pal community.
