Goal is to get as toned as possible! Muscles!!

My goal is to gain muscle and get my body as toned as possible, I'm already decently fit, don't mind if I gain some pounds, but I definitely want to see my body ripped! Any tips, or suggestions with workouts or nutrition intake is much appreciated =)
