    1 frozen banana
    1 cup almond milk
1 scoop of protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
1 Tbsp of natural peanut butter
    Blend.

Protein (I use chocolate), cold brew coffee and almond milk. You could blend it over ice, but I usually just shake it in a shaker bottle.

My Favorites (Pineapple, Mixed Fruit, Chocolate/Peanut Butter):

    Pineapple Protein Smoothie
1 and 1/3 Scoop Amp Wheyabolic Extreme 60 - Vanilla
1 5.3 oz Chobani Pineapple Yogurt
    1/3 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
    About 10 ice cubes
    Put it in a blender/nutribullet/ninja
    254 Calories, 31g Protein, 25g Carbs, 3g Fat, 20g Sugars

I'll do the above version with other fruits as well (Amp Fruit Punch Protein Powder with Strawberry Chobani Yogurt and some Frozen Berries)

    Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
1 Scoop Combat Chocolate Milk Protein Powder
2 Scoops PB2 Powder (Peanut Butter powder -all the protein/flavor none of the fat)
1 6 oz Yoplait Light Vanilla Yogurt
    About 10 ice cubes
    Put it in a blender/nutribullet/ninja
    265 Calories, 35g Protein, 3g Fat, 3g Sugars

For the above, you can add a banana - adds about 100 calories or if you are adverse to Aspartame found in Yoplait Light, you can can use Chobani Vanilla Yogurt - it will add about 17g sugars, 5 more grams of Protein and a few more calories.

Add spinach as I do to mine. I usually add a handful of the spinach in a bag. Awesome!

I add 10g of vanilla whey to my porridge every morning - delicious
  • I like mine with almond milk, cocao powder, frozen cherries, a tablespoon of peanut butter and some hemp seeds!

If you are trying to stay away from added fake sugars, I would suggest Isopure whey protein - unflavored. It is made from 4 ingredients and you aren't limited to what you can mix in with it.
