Nearly 50 and over 100lbs to lose

hello! i am a bit younger but also have 100 lbs to lose. it seems like a lot when i look at it all at once, so i shoot for smaller goals to make it seem more attainable. I started two weeks ago and am down 2.5 lbs (that was with a rough first week and eating some things i really should not have)...week 2 went better. for me, it is changing the way i look at food. exercise has always been easy for me and i haven't actually gained any weight in 5 or 6 years- but I wasn't losing weight because i love to eat, and eat all the wrong things.
