Steps to lose weight

Hi here are quick tips to get into shape lose weight and tone up
Drink water before after and during your meals
Make your meals smaller so use a smaller meal
Reduce your carbs that's potatos breads rice etc and put in green veggies
Don't eat too late at night please
Include protein in every meal
Try to exercise 30 mins at least daily
Try a few of these and c how it goes
