Small steps and lots of friends please!

Hi I'm Jen and I'm back to this wonderful site. I'm overall looking to lose 130 lbs. I'm currently 309, just had my last baby is Aug last yr she's almost 6 months now! I'm looking to start out slow do small goals to make it to that 130. My first goal is 15 lbs with also talking to a dietitian and doing a few other things as well. Anyone can feel free to add me and if you'd like start their journey with me as well.
