I've lost alot of weight in a short time, for 4 days now my body has been aching sooo bad.
It's hard for me to move sometimes.
( I have done ZERO exercises or anything to cause them to hurt)
It hurts to touch under my ribs
It hurts in my legs and my neck and behind my arms.
And around my hips.
again I haven't done anything to cause them to hurt. I've been sitting on my butt for the past week.

I would recommend seeing a doctor. I don't personally know what could be causing that.0

Yeeeaaaahhh if you haven't workout out, and your body is hurting, you need a dr. It could just be an adjustment, but with something like that it's best not to mess around.0

Sounds like dehydration. I'd see a doctor0

I'm gonna echo what everyone else is saying. Get to your doctor, or at least send an email explaining your symptoms.0
