Loosing weight after baby.

Hello!
I just had baby number 2, 9 months ago. With my first I gained nearly 100lbs and kept most of it on. With my second child I only gained 30lbs. After I had my second I was still considered obese, I decided I needed to do something. I had nearly 70lbs to loose to be considered normal weight. I have currently lost a total of 45lbs! My issue now is that I have a baby belly that wont go away. I am still working on loosing that final 25lbs, but I am afraid that I wont get rid of the belly by that point. I do Zumba and jazzercise 4-6 times a week. Any suggestions on what else I could be doing to tighten my stomach?

Cardio should be your first go to such as running or walking or even jogging intervals. I like using an incline of at least 4% because I have found it works my core since I have to stabilize my body on an incline. On top of that, you want to build muscle to firm and tone; I like planks (I like doing planks with my legs on a bench, it's more difficult), side planks, and dumbbell side bends.

Eventually lifting weights will help, but if your main goal now is to lose fat, then ya gotta burn the cals...if it's loose skin it may never completely go away.
