Yogurt. There are 35 calorie yogurts like creme caramel and key lime pie, etc. Taste just like pudding.

I made "ice cream" with my nutribullet today. 1/2 a frozen banana, 1/2 c. frozen peaches and 1 c. coconut milk. It had the consistency of soft serve ice cream. And it tasted sooo good. And it's all natural foods. No added sugars etc. I don't know what the calorie count is exactly but it couldn't have been more than 200 calories. My goal is to eat more whole raw fruits and veggies so this fit the bill. Enjoy!

    Chocolate Éclair Dessert

24 sheets graham crackers, low fat
2 packages sugar free vanilla pudding
    3 cups skim milk
8 oz fat free whipped topping
    ½ tub Chocolate frosting

Place 8 graham crackers in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Mix vanilla pudding and milk. Let sit 2 minutes. Gently fold in whipped topping. Pour half of vanilla pudding on graham crackers. Top with another 8 crackers. Pour remaining vanilla pudding over graham crackers. Top with last 8 graham crackers. Heat the frosting in microwave until runny. Spread over graham crackers. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator to soften graham crackers
