Hi everyone !! I'm Sean. I'm a first timer on this site. I'm at an age where I have to monitor my blood pressure. I'm trying to lose weight now to improve it. Weight lose for me is a little challenging. I can diet but have a problem exercising. I was born with a disability and can't use my legs. I've also had torn rotator cuff repairs on both shoulders. The Orthopedic Surgeon told me not to do heavy weight lifting. I swim and move around as much and as fast as I can in my wheelchair. I would like some help. I can't log in my movements for my wheelchair in the exercise section of this site. I usually wheel 2 miles a couple days a week. Is there a way I can enter my movements on the site ? How can I figure out how many calories I'm burning each day? Thank you ahead of time for any help you can give me
