I'll use plain balsamic vinegar, sometimes with oil, but much of the time it stands by itself.

I use Praise Coleslaw Dressing 99% fat free. 1 Tblespn is 24 cal. Today I added a little bit of crushed garlic to it. I also love the Praise Ranch dressing too, can't remember the calories but around the same as the coleslaw one.

Just realised that you are possible in the USA. The dressings I'm talking about are in Australia.

Bolthouse Farms yogurt based dressings...Southwest Ranch and Cilantro Avocado are both amazing!

Trader Joe's has a platinum aged balsamic which is thick and syrupy and tart and sweet and amazing. It's the closest thing to real balsamic I've seen in the U.S. as we mostly have fake balsamic made with red wine vinegar and grape must with caramel coloring added. You may not even need oil.

Ken's Steakhouse has a really good sundried tomato vinegrette...it has just a bit of a kick to it.
