Exercise - Before or After You Eat

I feel sick to my stomach if I eat first0

I eat breakfast after, nothing before - I usually workout very early in the morning.0

I have a protein shake right before (drinking it on the drive over). However if I don't anything over 20 minutes of hard workout and my sugars plundge into dangerous territories. If you have no medical issues its a matter of preference.0

I like to work out about 45 min after dinner, then I feels like I'm burning off some of the calories that would otherwise sit in me all night.0
