Starting somewhere..

Im ready to loose some weight and tone my body! I have absolute motivation! Does anyone know how to add excersise besides the walking app? Thanks! Good luck to everyone!

  • Insanity is great for toning, but don't do it expecting to see massive weight loss as it is turning fat into muscle.
  • I've actually started T25 and it's going great so far! I've heard a lot about insanity though.
  • Is T25 good? I thought about doing that as it is meant to be slightly less intense.
  • Yes it's less intense but you still get a great workout and best of all its 25 minutes I honestly didn't think 25 min would do anything but it does!

    I agree Insanity is fantastic if you are motivated and can keep at it. So many people I know quit after a few days b/c it is hard. That said, it is a great kick starter! Best of luck!
