Greetings everyone. I am new to fitness pal. I have been on a two years journey to lose weight. I have been at a plateau for about seven months...extremely frustrated but not quitting. Any suggestions? Do we have to eat all the calories they tell us to after we work out?

Some eat about 1/2 so as not to over estimate. Are you eating them all back now? If so you can play around with that and eat back a few more or a few less than given to you by the site. It might be just what your plataeu needs..0

Thanks for the help. I was trying to do about 400less than what they give just in case. I don't think I burn as many calories as they say during my workouts. I have no idea0

Why kind of burn are they giving you and for what type of workout? Just be sure to weigh all your food and be accurate. This app will work.0

I would not of eaten back that 800 calories unless I was hungry. The calorie count they give here is over estimated.
I personal don't eat back exercise calories that day, but rather wait and have one "free meal" once a week, where I can eat what I like0 -
I think I will just keep to the starting calorie count and not include the workout calories and see what happens.0
