I am a constant under eater sometimes MFP won't let me post my completed diary telling me I haven't eaten enough calories. When I check my status it hasn't posted is this just a glitch or something else?

It won't say you completed your diary under your status until you have reached at least 1,200 calories.

It won't post unless you eat a minimum of 1200 calories. MFP is telling you to eat more. If you are a constant undereater, how is it possible that you need to lose weight?

I routinely eat under 1200 calories a day and I complete my diary. I get the message I am not eating enough but it posts. Also I am losing weight at a really good pace. No glitch that I have noticed.

No, it's not a glitch, it's there for a reason. Consistently eating under 1000 calories a day will ruin your health and your looks, so it won't accept or encourage eating disorders. Perhaps you should seek psychological help from a counsellor, or at least speak to a friend or family member. And, of course, stop under eating.

Mine gives me the eating too few calories page when I eat less than 1200, but it posts just fine. Maybe it's some setting.

not to mention being male you should eat more than 1200 calories to begin with.its under 1200 is bad for a female its even worse for a male(unless its dr supervised for some reason)

Probably a glitch. If you post after midnight for the day prior, sometimes it will not post. I have accidentally, hit the post button prematurely at like 600-700 calories before and it would post. I do agree that it is not good to go under 1200 calories per day in most cases, unless you are really short in stature.

I recently wrote down what I used to eat on an average day before I decided to diet. My average intake would range from 3000 to 3500 so nothing wrong with apatite just stopped eating rubbish ended up topping up with some pork scratching my weakness lol

If you go under 1000, for women, it gives you a lecture, but doesn't erase anything. I don't know when it lectures men, but assume it doesn't erase their info, either.

Mine never posts my completed diary on the newsfeed if I'm under 1000 calories. It still logs and saves it though.
