Time to get serious

Hi, I am Kelly age 34. I have about 50 pounds to lose at least and I am raring to go. My goals to start are 1 hour of exercise M-F and 1200 calories. Wish me luck!

    Just be careful starting out at 1200 calories! Remember, you want this to be sustainable!

    50 lb is a marathon, not a sprint... if you go too hard, too fast (and eating too little) - you might burn out before reaching the finish line.

    Like it has been said go slow want to lose fat? Eat low carb. Consider the Paleo diet. You may lose more early on just don't get discouraged if it levels out. Good luck!
