390 Day Streak

Today, was day 390 of logging on MFP. I started my journey in November of 2013 with the primary focus on improving my health and fitness. The weight loss was just a pleasant side effect. I started at the high end of my healthy range and now at 108 lb, near the low end. It took me about 5 months in total to lose the weight. I've maintained that weight since April, dipping to 107 lb a couple of times but no trying to lose weight.

My focus remains on health and fitness. I'm currently setting up a home gym and continue to monitor my daily activity and nutrients. I absolutely love my Misfit Shine which is easy to use and wear 27/7. I don't pay much attention to calories though but rather the amount of protein and a couple of micronutrients that I'm tracking as well as meeting my Shine fitness goal. I really pay attention to my health markers like BP, cholesterol, pain level, and general well being.

    That's an awesome number of days logging! I've been on here on and off for a couple of years and I still haven't made it to 100 :neutral_face: You're right, though - focusing on improving your health and fitness seems to be a better motivator than focusing on losing weight. It becomes about how you feel more than anything else, and feeling good is great!
