    Insanity is pretty boring. I really like the Spartacus workout from Men's/Women's Health though. It's speedy circuit training with dumbbell work, and it really is toning me up.

    I find it funnier that you think a certain form of exercise can't be boring. "Staring at a scene for 5 hours a night sitting on a couch". Er....no. Actually, I don't watch t.v. and was jogging prior to insanity. So before you start posting obnoxious replies, considering this, not everyone is going to find certain forms of exercise fun and exciting.
