Just Became a Mom and Have 30# to Lose

I was working well on my fitness goals, P90X and watching everything I ate. Then I got pregnant. I now have a beautiful 20 week old daughter and 20 extra pounds plus the 10 I still needed to lose before I got pregnant. I have had a rough birth recovery so exercise will be gentle. I am also hoping that tracking my food intake will make more aware of my dietary choices because I could use more energy. I still look like I'm in my 2nd trimester so I am hoping to lose the tummy.
