Fish Oil

I was taking my daily fish oil gel capsule and I accidentally squished it too hard and it popped/exploded all over my face and clothes. This might be silly but could I possibly get a allergic reaction? Or something like that? I washed my face but I really hope not!!!

I take fish oil capsules, and I also give fish oil capsules to my dog. When I give them to her I pop it open with a pin and squirt in into her food. I'm always getting the oil on my hands and I've never had a reaction of any kind. It's kind of slimy but like I said, unless you're allergic to fish, you'll be OK.
I have to do that for my kid cause she can't swallow pills yet. She now loves fish oil straight off a spoon. Gag**0 -
I doubt that if it doesn't affect you when you eat it, it will affect you on your skin.0
