It has been a lovely sunny day today, i went shopping for fruit & Veg, the sea looked so blue, really makes you feel better when the weather is nice.
Pleased with myself while i was in the supermarket, i bynpast the biscuits, i looked at the chocolate and i didn't fancy anything.
I have really stuck to my menu's this week, so fingers crossed for tomorrows weigh in, :wink:
