When do I see results realistically

Looking to tone my booty .. Is that gaining ? No one had pics or topics

  • Well you gotta find a calorie range that works for you and yes it is gaining because your gaining muscle in your booty

    Heavy Squats! I was a guy with a flat butt before I started lifting. I've now got some junk in the truck....haha.
