Nothing's happening?

I know there are a lot of these but...
I'm an 18 y/o female, standing at 5'2" and weighing 142lbs. For the past six years I've taken a 45 minute walk every day and eaten around 1300 calories a day, without calorie counting or paying much attention to my weight. I put on 20lbs last year, 8lbs lost already, and I'm trying to get back down past 130lbs. I'm not sure how much else I want to lose, depends on what my weight is when I'm happy with my body. I've been doing a new fitness regime for about 10 days, which involves me alternating between 1m5s of jogging and 1m25s of walking, although as I get stronger I'll be taking more seconds off of my walking time. I'm doing this for 50 minutes a day and continuing with my ~1300 calorie intake. But, I've not lost a single pound since last Octoberish, when I went down from 150lbs to 140lbs. I've fluctuated between 140-142 since then but no real change has happened. I haven't lost any inches either, but again I've only been jogging for 10 days and my former walks weren't at a brisk pace.
So what I'm asking is, does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks so much in advance, this is a massive help!

1300 might not be high enough - it's probably lower than your BMR and you should probably be eating that at a minimum. Especially when you're exercising so much.0

How do you know you've been eating 1300 without tracking?0

You have been walking daily and eating only 1300 calories per day since you were 12? How can you be sure if you weren't tracking your calories and weight?
Assuming this is true, your metabolism is broken and you need to consult a physician immediately.0 -
I know I've been eating around 1300 calories because I'm a really picky eater. I basically eat the same stuff now as I did back then and I've always kept to the same routine of eating my meals at the same time, eating one of a few meals each time, so for instance my breakfast was always a bowl of cereals with a banana, granted the cereals would contain different amounts of calories, hence the "around" 1300 calories. Sometimes I probably ate closer to 1500, so I take it with a pinch of salt.
Thanks everyone for all of the help though. I've worked out my daily calorie needs (BMR*1.2) to be 1780 calories, so if I eat 1550-ish calories a day and continue with losing just under 400 calories through exercise a day, should this be enough? Obviously if I feel hungry I'll eat more.0
