FitBit Charge HR

Hi There,
I have the Charge HR (and I love it). Question. I wore it all day and recorded 21K steps. 8K of those steps were during a 4.5 mile run. I used the exercise option for those 43 minutes. Do I add in those calories to MFP as well? I have the steps auto sync. If I don't. MFP is telling me I expending 2,000 calories, my Fitbit is saying 2400. The difference is the 400 calories from my run.
Thanks.

I don't think you log it. When I put my hr in exercise mode and ran the other day, it just made a large fitbit adjustment.0

I just got the charge HR and I was wondering the same thing. I found some help here: http://operation-fit.com/how-to-track-workouts-fitbit-myfitnesspal/
You hold the button on your Fitbit to start an activity. Then when you're done, you have to enter the time started and calories burned in MFP and then it syncs. I did it today and it worked. Good luck!0
