Hi guys,
I am one of those people who maintains weight through workouts, not diet. Anyhow, I am just starting to work out again after surgery 8 weeks ago, but I still can't use my arms much. So I'm just doing cycling everyday. Boy do I have tired legs!!! What do you do to workout without full use of body? P.s. I had rotator cuff repair and my bicep tendon was cut then attached to my humerus.

try swimming. or an aqua fitness class. low impact and high cardio. after my surgery a couple years ago i went to some silver sneakers aqua classes (mostly 55+) but it helped me get started. i had been bed rest for over 4 months plus 2 surgeries.0
