Any one used zumba and had success? I am Zumba and walking 3-60 mins a day with diet?

I use Zumba as part of my exercise routine. I try to go to a class at least once a week. I stay within or under my calories daily as well and have been successful losing weight so far. I also go on walks and do other exercise videos and use my Wii.0

I've been using Zumba Exhilarate videos for a about three weeks now with a light walk and a good diet and I have already started seeing a difference. It's only been three weeks so I can't tell you how much weight you will lose or how many inches I have lost but I do know I went down a dress size and have WAY more energy than before. I do think you will have success if you follow a program and stick to a good diet, I can feel my arms being more toned as well.

Zumba is a great workout especially if you are giving it your all and can definitely help you lose weight. Remember all physical activity is good as long as you try your hardest and stick to it.0

I do different fitness programs and yes I have done Zumba to lose some of my weight.
I love Zumba! I think it is great because you are working out and having fun. I don't do the same workouts because that does not work for me and my journey, but I know of people who have. Do what you love so you can make it a life style change.
I do zumba from what people post on YouTube. Here are some videos I do. I hope you can look through them and see if you like them. I love them because they vary so much and I feel like I am in the class with them but I don't even have to leave my house.

From my experience zumba is not enough alone, I go once a week and I love it its great fun and a great cardio work out but this alone won't make you lose weight0

I do Zumba 3-5 days a week and have lost 60 lbs in 2 years. Its not coming off as fast as I would like, but at least it is coming off.0 -

I am completely addicted to zumba and go three times per week. For me it is the best exercise because it is something that I will stick to.0

I love Zumba for a great cardio workout but I also add light weights and resistance training to build muscle because cardio alone is, in my opinion, not enough to make it lasting weight loss. With over 100lbs to lose, I need to make it stay away! :happy:0

Hell yeah I Zumba! But it doesn't do miracles you have to stay within your calorie allowance :drinker:0

Woot, woot, I just tried the 27 minute beginners Zumba link you posted. I did it for a total of 18 minutes. I feel great. It's fun. I think I'm gonna really be able to stick with this. So glad I found this link. Thanks again for posting!!
Now, if only I could get rid of this "white girl" rhythm....which means NO RHYTHM. LOL. Then maybe I'd be willing to try an actual class. But judging from the amount of sweat pouring down my forehead.... I don't think you NEED an actual class to really burn.0 -
