One week tummy blitz..

I have one week until its bikini time and I am wondering what people would recommend (if anything) for some last minute tummy toning exercises?

I'm not in bad shape and am not looking for a crash diet type thing but am not looking quite as bikini ready as I would like and thought I could work my *kitten* off this week to get some last minute results.

What workouts would you recommend for an intense week stomach toning?

    KC... planks; crunches (not full sit-ups), and other core training. There are a lot of variations. Good luck!

    This late in the game about the only thing you can do is get all the excess water out of your system. Avoid sodium like it's poison, and consider taking lots of diuretics (like tea). Wear those belly wraps to make you sweat down there, further extracting every little bit of liquid.
