I am a huge emotional eater. I've gained back the 53lbs I lost 3 years ago after my father's death! I eat because it's there. Really could use motivation and support. 20year reunion in July. Really want to be down to a 10!!! Any takers???

I am a guy, but I am in a similar situation. I lost 103 lbs two years ago and gained back 60 of them. I am working my program again but could use some support and motivation, too. Let's help each other in this.
