Swap fat for muscles

Hi everyone,

due to stress and other unhappy circumstances I lost 30lbs last year and would like to conserve this one positive aspect. That's why I joined MFP beginning this year as I found this a great way to log my eating habits and change them for better. I'd rather reduce my body fat and build more muscles than loose further weight. Although I wouldn't argue if I do.

I'm a 35y-old from Frankfurt, Germany and since I retrieved great inspiration in the english forum's success stories, I thought why not looking here for virtual motivational partners too.
