So I'm trying to lose some bf% and would like some advice.. Been logging my meals for 1 week. 188lbs 5'10 trying to go down to 180 with minimal muscle loss

If you are only going to lose 8 pounds, I doubt that you'll lose much, if any, muscle mass. Folks, like me, who have lost a lot of weight also lose muscle mass; it's unavoidable. What I do to counter it is lift weights and make sure I get enough protein.0
