2015 is here, what are you waiting for...

What are your goals for this year? I plan on a mudrun(Tough Mudder,Spartan Race, Warrior Dash). Also Highland Games, Strongman comp and maybe a CF competition. Weight loss hoping for 15 lb loss down to 230 lbs. Lifts 350 lb. incline bench at 335 now, OHP (push press) 295. Squat and deadlift 500. These are my goals for 2015 what are yours. Mind you I'm 48 and sometimes have set backs.
