Healthy breakfast

sometime i get tired of eating eggs, like omelletes or just eggwhites, and i change with fruits and greek yogourt today i ate my green apple with 2 tb of natural peanut butter, but i feel that 2 tbs is so much. What can i do if i want a breakfast with low carbs? However my objective is to resuce my body fat.

    Every once in a while I get tired of eggs and just have a low carb high protein shake. It's actually delicious made in apple juice and add a half a banana and blend it up with some ice! You can even add some PB too! Yum!!!

    I usually drink my breakfast with a green smoothie, protein powder and fiber!

    Carbohydrates are not the enemy. Dietary fat is not the enemy. Total calories is the enemy. Peanut butter is fine. Have as many tablespoons as you want as long as you keep your total daily calories under what you burn, and you will reduce body fat.

    I need to make a sticky thread or something. It's calories, people. Not carbs/fats/those 5 foods to avoid.

    Reducing carbs also reduces calories. :)
