I am finding the input of calories great! but not once have I had a perfect nutrition list!!! I either go over sugars! salt! even vitamins! ....... I am not overly concerned as I know that I am eating healthy, but just wondered what everyone else thinks or does? I try to use it as a guide!.....Should I be more active in trying to reach the breakdown each day??

At the beginning, worry about a caloric deficit. I don't pay attention to sugars, but do to sodium (I'm a retainer). I try to get my protein minimum, because I lift. The rest, with the exception of fiber, I don't much care.0

bingo... fiber is my hard point... I don't really care if I go over sodium - I will just drink water ... its the fiber...0 -
I'm doing IIFYM so I need those values but I take a supplement to make sure
I get all my vitamins and just try to hit my protein, carbs, fat and fiber and preferable be at or under on sodium. I don't worry about the rest. some days I hit it others I don't. I'm almost always a bit short on protein or fiber and sometimes slightly over on fat.0 -

Eat the apple, Annie. Loosen up your whole way of thinking about the nutrients. Focus on your calories for the time being and a little down the road you can break it down a little more. Starting out with strict adherence may well lead to binging or thinking you could never do this. You can do it. One day at a time.0
