T25 - anyone tried it?

Options
Stuck in a hotel with my family and not able to sleep. Started watching infomercials about T25.

Has anyone tried it? Is it worth the time and effort?

I have it. I do have trouble sticking with it because you repeat the same dvds for 5 weeks. Then another set of dvds for 5 more weeks. I have felt a difference, it is hard work, but I just get bored with it. Maybe if I stuck with it more, I would have noticed more of a body difference. I did notice a stamina difference, which is good.

    This.

But yes, I've done it. I loved it. I recommend it. I used it when I was hopelessly out of shape, and I was able to complete the entire thing. And I lost a good 10-15 pounds with it. It will work as long as you do it. If you just let it sit on your dresser, it's not going to give you anything but a lighter wallet.

Yep. Great work out, only thing I've stuck to in a long time.
