Hi, my problem is finding the will power to stick to any diet long enough to make a difference. being older now i find it has new challenges trying to lose weight. I am too impatient to be satisfied with one pound per week with 6o lbs to lose. I have started yoga and will soon start some weight training. I have started the atkins and felt sick all week so am switching to calorie counting I find that going down to 950 will give me a 2 lb loss per week . I am 65 and have arthritis also . Ive started mfp again and really love using it , it has helped me in the past. I have lost 5 lbs since Christmas and hope to keep it up with some input from others.
