Have you started doing anything weird in your fitness goal?
For example, in in the waiting room at a doctor's office right now. Instead of sitting, I'm walking laps around the huge room. People are looking at me funny. Lol

I do wear a fitbit so at the end of the night I'll get in my extra steps by vacuuming more or walking up and down the steps.0
