Listen, I watched several family members op for surgery and had success with it to a point but everyone of them has had medical issues since. Now I am not going to say anything bad about anyone who has had the surgery because I honestly don't know enough about it but.....

I joined up here back in October at 323 lbs I am now at 268, 54 lbs down and all through changing my eating habits and using MFP to track what I eat.

I got motivated after watching an episode of Biggest Loser, I could relate so much to the stories I was hearing!

Now 15 weeks later I have dropped two shirt sizes and 1 pants size, off BP meds and no longer having fatigue crashes!

I set my goal at 1200 calories a day and only made small adjustments to what I normally ate in terms of food.

Add me as a friend, I keep my diary open so anyone can see what I do on a day to day basis... oh and by the way, I do not spend countless hours exercising, only a few times a week will I walk and that is it, maybe 5 miles WALKING a week at best!

Yep - as k9subsea demonstrates, it can absolutely be done. It's not about motivation or inspiration, it's about dedication. Get some momentum and watch your life change. Here's my story as proof:
