I have done p90x and 1 thing I liked about it was that the routine was laid out for you. Any suggestions with how to best put together a routine using the 10 minute trainer program?
I just want to create the most effective plan... Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks

Is there a specific reason you're going from P90X down to 10-Minute Trainer?
I found the schedule that came with the program pretty easy to follow and it's laid out the way it is to be as effective as possible. You'd be doing about 30 minutes per day 6 days per week and 10 minutes 1 day.
