lose a stone in 2 months

I Need to lose at least 1 stone by middle of march for my 21st birthday any advise would be appreciated :)

  • Eating and diet is a state of mind. Keep calories low & nutritious, exercise whenever possible! If your sat down watching tv then you could be exercising, even something simple as buying a steps machine and doing that when watching tv helps! It's all about getting into good habits, learning what exactly is in the food you eat and understanding your body/own limits.
