    Eggs, mayo, and avocados are my mainstays. I do eat meat but it's a moderate amount. Snacks are hard-boiled eggs and nuts.

    In addition to all the other recommendations, Google "fat bombs." Lots of recipes for sweet ones. But there are some savory ones as well. Like a bacon-cream-cheese one.
